How the menu is generated

From intake form to issued menu, in five steps

Every menu is derived from the patient in front of you, not picked off a shelf. Here is exactly what happens between the consultant pressing Generate and the patient receiving their plan.

  1. 1

    Capture the intake

The consultant enters height, weight, age, gender, activity level and goal, along with medical conditions, medications, allergies and disliked foods. Everything is stored in one patient file.

  2. 2

    Calculate energy needs

Basal metabolic rate is computed with the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, then multiplied by an activity factor from sedentary through athlete to give total daily energy expenditure — the maintenance figure.

  3. 3

    Apply the diet system

The chosen system adjusts that figure: a 20% deficit for weight loss, a 10% surplus for muscle building, level for maintenance. Safety floors stop a plan going below 1,500 kcal for men or 1,200 for women.

  4. 4

    Split into macros and meals

Calories are divided into protein, carbohydrate and fat according to the system — 5% carbs on keto, 30% protein on weight loss — then distributed across the day, from three meals on keto to six on the muscle-building preset.

  5. 5

    Fill the plate and issue

Each meal slot is filled from the food library, filtered by allergies, dislikes and diet rules, then portioned in grams to hit the slot target. The consultant reviews, edits and issues the menu to the patient.

Mifflin-St Jeor

BMR = 10 × kg + 6.25 × cm − 5 × age + 5 / − 161

TDEE

BMR × 1.20 … 1.90

Sedentary — desk job, little exercise → Athlete — twice daily or physical job

Daily target

TDEE × (1 + adjustment)

−20% … +10%, floored at 1,200 / 1,500 kcal

Diet systems

The five Smart Carb systems, already configured

Each system carries its own macro split, calorie adjustment, meal structure and clinical guard rails. Your consultants pick the system; the portal handles the maths.

Keto

Needs medical clearance

A very low carbohydrate, high fat protocol that shifts the body into nutritional ketosis so stored fat becomes the primary fuel. Carbohydrate is held to roughly 5% of intake, protein is kept moderate to protect lean mass, and electrolytes are monitored during the first two weeks.

Macro split

Protein 20% Carbs 15% Fat 65%
Calorie adjustment 15% deficit
Meal structure 3 meals per day

Weight Reduction

Phase 1 of the weight-reduction protocol: a balanced, moderate calorie deficit of about 20% below maintenance with protein held high enough to preserve muscle while body fat comes down. Suits the majority of patients and is the default starting point for most intakes.

Macro split

Protein 35% Carbs 30% Fat 35%
Calorie adjustment 20% deficit
Meal structure 5 meals per day

Weight Reduction

Phase 2 of the weight-reduction protocol: used once Phase 1 has established the deficit; shifts a little more of the main-carb allowance into dinner as the plan matures.

Macro split

Protein 35% Carbs 30% Fat 35%
Calorie adjustment 20% deficit
Meal structure 5 meals per day

Weight Maintenance

Calories set at maintenance so the patient holds the result they worked for. Used as the exit protocol after a weight-reduction phase, with a gradual reverse back to full energy intake to limit rebound.

Macro split

Protein 35% Carbs 35% Fat 30%
Calorie adjustment At maintenance
Meal structure 5 meals per day

Build Muscle

A controlled surplus of about 10% above maintenance with protein at roughly 1.8 g per kilogram, distributed across six feeding windows including pre and post training meals to support hypertrophy with minimal fat gain.

Macro split

Protein 40% Carbs 40% Fat 20%
Calorie adjustment 10% surplus
Meal structure 6 meals per day

Diabetes

Needs medical clearance

A low glycaemic protocol built around foods with a GI of 55 or below, with carbohydrate spread evenly across the day and paired with protein and fibre to blunt post-meal glucose spikes. Requires coordination with the treating physician on medication.

Macro split

Protein 35% Carbs 30% Fat 35%
Calorie adjustment 10% deficit
Meal structure 5 meals per day
Who it is for

Built for two kinds of team

Health clubs and gyms

Your coaches already write plans on paper or in spreadsheets, and quality varies by coach. The portal gives every coach the same clinical maths, keeps member files in one place, and turns nutrition into a service the club can sell alongside training.

  • One member file shared across coaches and shifts
  • Consistent plans regardless of who is on the floor
  • Body composition tracking that shows the member their progress
  • Nutrition becomes a paid add-on, not a giveaway

Nutrition clinics

Dietitians spend the bulk of a session doing arithmetic and retyping plans. The portal absorbs that work so the session goes to the patient, while keeping a defensible record of what was prescribed and why.

  • Full clinical intake including conditions and medications
  • Every menu stores the inputs it was generated from
  • Allergy and contraindication filtering built into generation
  • Follow-up log for weight, measurements and blood markers
Inside the portal

What your consultants get

01

Patient files

Identity, anthropometrics, clinical history, allergies and preferences in one record, scoped to your clinic and nobody else.

02

SMS one-time passwords

Consultants sign in with their mobile number and a texted code. No shared passwords, no sticky notes on the reception desk.

03

Automatic calculations

BMR, TDEE, BMI, water target and macro grams recalculate the moment a weight or activity level changes.

04

Progress tracking

Log weigh-ins, body fat, circumferences, blood pressure and fasting glucose over time.

05

Arabic and English

Full right-to-left interface, not a translated afterthought. Each consultant picks their own language.

06

Plan-aware limits

Patient files, consultant seats and monthly menus are metered by tier, so the portal grows with the clinic.

Pricing

Three tiers, no surprises

Every tier includes all five diet systems, the full calculator and the bilingual interface. What changes is scale and the extras your team needs.
